In the Preferences window you can define the following aspects of every publication you want to manage with EditPlan: • Image of the logo identifying the publication. EditPlan will use this image when printing the Products Devolution form, and in different windows of the program. • Publication cycle. You can set the period where your magazine is published (you can select the months) and EditPlan will build the editorial schedule based on this information and will relate automatically the number of every issue with the actual month and year. This will allow you to search and see the contents easily. • Contents. You can define different content types for your publication, as well as its position to determine which sections are more relevant than others. For example, the cover article is more important than an interview. EditPlan will use this information to show you the contents sorted by relevance. • Scores. You can define up to five score levels and the graphic image that your publication uses to show the score got by the tested products. Afterwards, you could find all the contents with a particular score. |
